Where the next ENGINEER takes off.
The Airport Academy takes students through the whole aviation industry, chapter by chapter, with the professionals who run it.
The nine-chapter ecosystem
One year, nine chapters and a graduation, the whole industry.
Opening and the regulator
How a country's aviation system is governed, and why the regulator's standards shape every chapter that follows.
Real roles, real routes in
- Roles and career options. The jobs that exist in that part of the industry.
- Entry requirements. What to be doing now to be a candidate later.
- Hands-on simulation. You do the job for an afternoon.
- Career pathways. University, apprenticeship, licence or cadetship.
- Skills and education. The subjects and aptitudes each role rewards.
- Meeting professionals. Question the people who do the work.
Nine stamps, one year
Every student carries a physical Aviation Passport, stamped at the end of each chapter. Attendance and progress also live in the student app, so families and partners can follow the year as it happens.
Built with regulators
- Regulator-backed. Each national programme is co-created with and authorised by the country's civil aviation regulator.
- A proven model. Developed and proven through a UK aviation programme with the regulator's backing.
- Industry-led. Every chapter is delivered with the professionals who do the work.
- Open to anyone with an interest. At school, at university, or already working.

Built for the whole family
Three online parent sessions run alongside the student year, covering the real pathways, entry requirements and economics of aviation careers.
